Personal Journey
After nearly a decade of parenting with poor structure and miscommunication, the Gale family was in a spiraling state of good intentions turned into frustration and reactionary parenting. Feeling were hurt, coarse words were frequently exchanged, and home sweet home was anything but sweet. After a family blow-up, Scott finally figured out a way to get it right. With a new tool (Family Constitution) to install effective rules and structure in their lives, the Gale family turned the corner, finally realizing that the use of clarity and consistency actually demands less time and effort than the chaotic alternative they’d employed for so long. |
